1. How much are the shipping costs?
For online orders you pay a minimum of €4,95 shipping costs. The costs are calculated on the weight of your order. If your order is more than € 100, shipping in Belgium is free. These terms and conditions do NOT apply to ballet bars, tutus and carpets. You can request the shipping costs for this at the store.
2. How soon will I receive my order?
As soon as we have received the bank transfer, we ship all orders within 2 working days. If Larabesko in Ghent is closed, the online sales module will also stop. Check the opening hours and the holidays on the website. This way you will never wait unnecessarily for your order.
3. Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, as soon as the order has been shipped to you, you will receive a Track & Trace number from Bpost. With this number you can track the shipment via Bpost. With the online Bpost tool you can opt in advance to have the shipment delivered to the post office, if that suits you better.
