Do you have a question about ordering in the Larabesko webshop? There is a good chance that your question will be answered in this list. If not, call or email us. We will then add your comment.
1. Are all products in stock?
In our online shop you can only click the sizes that are actually present in our stock at that time. If someone at our till buys the very last copy of your choice, it will immediately disappear from the online selection menu. Our stock is replenished weekly. If you would like more information about this, we ask you to inform us of your preference by e-mail and we will keep you informed when this article is available again.
2. What about products that are only delivered on order?
Products that are distributed by our suppliers but cannot be found in the Larabesko online shop, can always be obtained after telephone or digital contact. We will inform you within what delivery period the product is available. If you therefore wish to order the product, we ask for an advance. We do not accept returns for products to order.
3. How can I pay?
You can immediately pay for your order online with us by bank transfer or credit card. If you choose a bank transfer, it takes about three working days before the money is deposited into our account. Your order will therefore be shipped a few days later.
4. Do prices include VAT?
All prices listed in the shop (only visible after logging in) include VAT.
5. What to do with complaints?
If you have a complaint about the item after delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the number +32 (0) 9 233 46 36, between Tuesday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., or via . We will respond by email within three working days of your complaint. If necessary, we will send a new product or refund the amount.
6. Will my online purchases also end up on my loyalty card?
We reward our loyal customers with pleasure. However, your online purchases are not linked to your purchases in our store for practical reasons.
In Bagattenstraat you automatically save for a discount with a full customer card. Both the purchase data of the store and online are kept separate from each other, so that we can advise you even better in the future!

Larabesko has no obligations towards the customer in case of force majeure. Force majeure means serious business disruptions with us and / or problems at suppliers or distribution.
